Grounded on the principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood, we strive to demonstrate these ideals in all that we do. The work that we do for our local community as residents of the Bahamas but also the work we do globally as citizens of the world is important to us. The members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated are only able to do this meaningful work by adopting the principles as a way of life.

Ashley Pratt- Larrimore
19th President
Greetings, and welcome to the official website of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Theta Epsilon Zeta Chapter!
It is my distinct honor and privilege to serve as the 19th President of the Trailblazing Theta Epsilon Zeta Chapter, a chapter deeply rooted in a proud and historic legacy of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.
Chartered on January 23, 1976, Theta Epsilon Zeta has proudly served the people and communities of The Bahamas, standing as a trailblazing chapter in the international expansion of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. We have remained steadfast in our commitment to serving the people and communities of The Bahamas, empowering women and youth, advancing education, and exemplifying the principles upon which our beloved sisterhood was founded.
As we embark upon the 2026–2028 biennium, we do so under the theme:
Finer Foundations, Fearless Futures: Guided by Our Legacy, Strengthened by Our Sisterhood, and Focused on the Next 50 Years of Excellence.
This theme is more than a statement-it is our commitment. We honor the visionary women who laid our foundation and the generations of Sorors whose leadership, service, and sacrifice have shaped Theta Epsilon Zeta into the chapter it is today. We recognize that our greatest strength lies in our sisterhood, and we boldly embrace our responsibility to build upon this extraordinary legacy for the generations that will follow.
Our vision for the future is intentional and ambitious. We are committed to expanding our community impact, cultivating meaningful partnerships, investing in women and youth, strengthening our sisterhood, and creating innovative opportunities for service and leadership. Through initiatives focused on education, civic engagement, women’s empowerment, youth development, the fine arts, and community service, we will continue to meet the evolving needs of the communities we proudly serve.
As President, I believe that every Soror has a voice, every contribution has value, and every act of service has the power to create lasting impact. Together, we will build upon our Finer Foundations, pursue Fearless Futures, and ensure that the next 50 years of Theta Epsilon Zeta are even more impactful than the first.
Whether you are a member of our sisterhood, a community partner, an interested young woman, or simply visiting to learn more about our work, I invite you to explore our website, connect with us via email or by way of our social media accounts, and discover the many ways Theta Epsilon Zeta continues to make a difference throughout The Bahamas.
The foundation is strong. The future is fearless. And together, we are just getting started.
